Hi, I'm Tabby! I've been lucky enough to call the stunning South Coast my home for the past 20 years. Despite living here for two decades, the beauty of the Jurassic Coast still captures my heart every day, and the beauty of this incredible landscape never ceases to inspire and influence both my personal and professional life. The rugged cliffs, sweeping beaches, and dramatic landscapes are a constant reminder of the natural wonders right outside our doorstep.
I’m passionate about saunas and the cold plunge experience, alongside all the health benefits that come with it. Not just the flaming, euphoric afterglow sensation you get that comes after a session, but the transformative power it can have on overall health & wellbeing.
I have taken my interest a step further by attaining certification in a sauna and cold plunge masterclass for wellness professionals. Learning the biological, psychological and social benefits of sauna usage.
I personally, first got into sauna usage to help try to alleviate a period of excruciating whiplash and soon became hooked, even once the whiplash had healed. I have been an avid sauna goer for the past 4-years now.
I am elated to share my custom built, sauna on wheels with you all! To help transform any occasion you may have in mind.
